Safety, Allergies and Reactions

Seasonal Beauty Products:
Some of our products may contain ingredients that could disagree with you, leading to allergic reactions. Our products contain wonderful healing oils and ingredients for your skin, hair and wellness benefits. This may contain: oils and butters from nuts, seeds, flowers, fruit and vegetables... To name just a few, like almond oil, coffee beans and cinnamon. Please read our products before purchasing or read the product label carefully before use (contact us for ingredient list).  If you are allergic to any ingredients that are listed on our products, we advise you not to purchase nor use the product. In the case you are allergic to one or more ingredients in a product, feel free to contact us if you would like to customise a product to suit your health needs.
We would recommend all our customers to always do a patch test first, before applying it to your whole body to ensure there is no reaction (apply to wrist/inside elbow/beneath the ear). Discontinue and wash off the product, if irritation and a reaction occurs to your skin. All our products are for external use only. Please keep out of reach of children. Please ask your doctor for advice before purchasing our products. Do not use any of our products during pregnancy. Our products have been tested intensely over a long period of time. Due to the harmless natural composition of our products, no lab testing would be required.

Returning & Refunding Products
 

Seasonal Beauty offers a FINAL SALE policy. Therefore, we cannot accept returns, exchanges or refunds unless the product is proven faulty. Our strict in-house product tests ensure a high quality level for all of our products. Should you, however, experience a flaw in our delivered products, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order so that we may solve the issue to your satisfaction.
 

Delivery & Shipping Details

Our delivery service may vary. We make use of our local courier service in South Africa. We deliver nationwide using standard delivery charges. Overseas deliveries are possible, our export department will handle these orders. If the address shows up to be overseas, we will make arrangements to deliver your order as safely as possible. Delivery rates do apply.

We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. Thus, we advise you to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page. These changes are effective immediately, after they are posted on this page.
